18 month contract | Global Business | 2 + PQE | Milton Keynes

We are working with a globally renowned name which is a key partner to other instantly recognisable names in a variety of different sectors. This business is the top player in its market and seeking a commercial lawyer to cover an 18 month maternity leave, to handle a range of commercial law matters. Reporting into an experienced senior legal counsel, you will have responsibility for assisting on customer and supplier contracts and advising on bids and tenders, to advising on strategic projects, as well as others matters such as GDPR, general risk & compliance advice, and company secretarial. If you are available immediately or coming available shortly, then this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a lengthy fixed term contract where you will gain significant exposure in a major international business. It is a pre-requisite that you have significant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contacts & are able to manage key stakeholders within a fast paced sector. The business is very flexible around hybrid working but there will be some office presence required in the Milton Keynes office. The base salary is up to £75,000 and includes a very generous car allowance & discretionary bonus.
